The unique thin oil lubrication structure for the spindle and grinding roller assembly significantly improves lubrication efficiency, extending bearing life to 3-10 years. The oil change interval can be as long as six months, simplifying maintenance.

High precision and wide range of sorting

Infinitely Variable Frequency Turbine Powder Separator. This technology enhances the efficiency and precision of powder separation, allowing the finished product particle size to be adjusted between 50 mesh and 800 mesh. The screening rate can be adjusted within a range of 80% to 99%.

High Grinding Pressure and Increased Output

The roller linkage pressurization technology allows the crushing and grinding pressure to be increased to 2.5 tons, significantly enhancing the ability to crush hard materials. For regular materials, productivity can be boosted by over 10%.

Clean and environmental protection

Equipped with a dedicated pulse dust collector, the dust removal efficiency reaches 99.9%, with an emission concentration of ≤10 mg/Nm³, surpassing national environmental discharge.
