Direction
1. Tighten the bolts of the pump before using the agitation tank or agitation tank, turn the pump shaft to make sure its wheel is flexible, and then switch to the agitation tank; other operation goes the same with flotation machine.
2. Wearing parts: impeller, stator;
3. Keep the inner part of the agitation tank and automatic feeder clean, especially in winters, which can prolong its life.
The characteristics of the mining agitation tank
1. Compact structure, good leakproofness; install the dust blocking board at the feeding hole to prevent water and fog from mixing in.
2. Stir well; fan shape mixing blade; a large contact area when mixing with the medium;
3. The multi-row nozzles; water volume is well distributed and adjustable.
4. The remaining ash rate is low; the watershed installed at the bottom of the agitation tank’s box ensures no dead angles within the device.
5. The mining mixer has excellent features, stable product quality, regular stirring performance, and fast discharging speed.

Structure of the mining agitation tank
The agitation tank as a liquid container is made up by the cycloid pin wheel planetary reducer, agitating and plug valves, and 0℃ to 100℃ disc type thermometer.
