Introduction to bucket elevator

Bucket elevator is suitable for the elevation of materials from lower place to higher place. After the materials having been thrown into the hopper through vibration table, the machine automatically operates and transport materials upwards. You can adjust the transmission speed according to the transferring amount and improve the height according to the actual requirements. And the toxic hopper makes the application of bucket elevator wider. Besides, it is widely used in the food, medicine, industrial chemistry, screws, nuts and other industries. You can control the automatic starting and stop of machines through the signal recognition of packing machine.

Working principle of bucket elevator

The hopper scoops up the materials from the lower storage and to the top along with the conveyor belt or chain, after having passed the top wheel, it will flip down, and then the belt elevator accepts the materials and put them into the groove. The transmission belt that drives the belt elevator generally is rubber, which is installed in the lower or upper driving roller. Generally speaking, the bucket elevator is equipped with the cabinet to prevent the dust in the bucket elevator.
